I was on an important trip when all of a sudden, the universal joint went out on my truck. Fortunately the incident happened at the traffic light right in front of Gills Service Center. I pulled into their parking lot, waited for them to open their doors and I explained to them our situation. Without any hesitation they took my truck on into their shop replaced the universal and had us back on the road in just a little over an hour.
